Ordering and Cancellation

If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Shipping and Risk
Products are delivered via third‑party carriers. Risk of loss transfers at the point our chosen carrier collects the shipment for delivery. Delivery timelines: Canada 3–7 business days, United States 5–10 business days. Free shipping is available for qualifying Canadian orders of CAD50 or more; exclusions may apply.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for most items returned in new, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges paid at purchase are non‑refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and are processed within seven business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
